Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
2.1 Supported Payment Methods
mu777 currently supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). No payment methods other than these three are accepted.
2.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Users must use a payment account registered in their own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted, and mu777 reserves the right to reject such transactions and suspend the associated account.
2.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all related wagering requirements have been met.
2.4 Fraud and Abuse Prevention
mu777 monitors all financial transactions. If any transaction appears suspicious, fraudulent, or intended for money laundering, mu777 may cancel that transaction, suspend the account, and hold the associated funds.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at mu777, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. For a deposit of ৳12,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳5,000 and the total balance will be ৳17,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
The bonus can only be used once and applies to first-time depositors only. The bonus cannot be converted to cash — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable. mu777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
3.4 VIP Program
mu777's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active gaming. Cashback is credited directly to the account. mu777 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
- Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- The bonus balance remains locked until the wagering requirement has been confirmed as met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, mu777 may forfeit the bonus and associated winnings.
- Each promotion may have its own expiry — if the requirement is not met within the set time limit, the bonus is cancelled.
Gaming & Betting Rules
4.1 Fair Play
mu777 follows fair play principles across all its games. If any user attempts to cheat, defraud, or exploit software errors, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
4.2 Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, mu777 will make decisions based on server records. Server logs will be treated as final evidence. mu777 reserves the right to void abnormally large wins caused by clear technical errors.
4.3 Sports Betting Policy
In the sports betting section, users can place bets on various sporting events. In case of any dispute over match results, mu777's decision is final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
4.4 Betting Limits
mu777 reserves the right to set a maximum bet amount for any game or event. Users can set their own betting limits — this is an important part of responsible gaming.

8.2 Severability
